FAY Developments was founded by Murad Mousa, building on his eclectic creative and commercial background and proven track record in real estate investment, and property development and management, in both the UK and Jordan.

The skill and inspiration of renowned architectural practice Tahhan and Bushnaq brings FAY Developments' visions to life. Our inaugural project is Jabal Amman Medical Clinics, located in the Amman Medical Zone. The best illustration of our difference as a developer is perhaps revealed by a small fact about this project: the tiles were chosen by us, by hand, in Italy. It's this kind of attention to detail and prioritization of design that we believe our clients have a right to expect from us. Our environments are configured with care and precision, to complement and enhance the lifestyles of the people that we create them for: the perfect blend of form and function.
